Jeannie is a resident of St. Augustine, Florida for the past 38 years. She is originally from Tampa. She has been in the HVAC industry for nearly 15 years and is now our new Office Manager and AP Coordinator. Jeannie will also be managing our Commercial and Residential Maintenance Program. The best part of her job is talking with our customers!
Jeannie is an avid bird watcher and is especially fond of the hummingbirds who have made her backyard home. She and her husband of 35 years have three children and five grandchildren – her family is her greatest source of joy! Jeannie also enjoys quilting, but most especially giving her quilts as gifts to her loved family and friends.
Jeannie’s advice to her maintenance customers is to be sure to check and change filters on a regular basis and get your routine maintenance done at least every six months. The hot weather we have in Jacksonville is especially brutal and it is important to keep your system tuned up!
